Annie Oakley, Western legend and start of Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show, was born Phoebe Ann Moses on August 13, 1860 to a Quaker family in rural Ohio. By her teens Annie had become a crack short and supporting her family by hunting game. She joined Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show in 1885 under her stage name Annie Oakley - nicknamed Little Sure Shot' - to become their star attraction. The play Annie, Get Your Gun' is based on her life.

This play set features Annie Oakley with her riding horse and buggy, her dog Dave who featured in the act, hay bale, lantern. The pack includes more detail on the life of Annie Oakley.
