Since the championship, Locarno 62 a 16.2-hand bay Holsteiner stallion, has achieved some significant career milestones with Ellen. Among those representing Great Britain in the World Championship for young horses at Zangerscheide, Germany; turning in a clear round in the Hickstead Derby; jumping a double clear in La Baule (France) Super League, one of the World's biggest shows; top ribbons in the Grand Prix of Rome and the Grand Prix St Gallen, Switzerland; and representing Great Britain in Nations up Competition.
With help from Locarno 62 and Ellen, Great Britain won the Rotherdam Nations Cup - the fourth leg of the 2007 Samsung Super League, for the first time in 21 years.
