An adorable 26-year-old Haflinger pony called Strikey is the winner of Breyer Riding for the Disabled Association's (RDA) 40th Anniversary Extraordinary Horse or Pony Contest.
Strikey was recognised as the contest winner at the RDA National Championships. Working at the Shelley Centre in Ipswich, Strikey has been touching lives and hearts for the past 15 years. Working with disabled children, Strikey has helped them improve muscle strength and coordination, balance and self confidence and provided the children with 'the best pony in the world' and 'the ideal riding companion'.
For each model sold £4 is donated to the RDA.
