The Ideal Series pays homage to the artwork of equine artist Orren Mixer. Each hand-painted piece in this series was inspired by one of Mixer's 'iseal' horse breed paintings.

This Overo stallion paint horse is inspired by Mixer's portrait 'The Sire', painted in 2002 and currently hanging in APHA headquarters in Texas, USA.
